We used John Reveles to sell our condo in San Bernardino this summer and he was outstanding! Above and Beyond personal service! Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment and personal care they make into selling my property and how they promote their listings. The Realty ONE Group stood out as the best in San Bernardino County has to offer. I spoke with John and he answered all of my questions and concerns. John provided me market housing analysis and provided current comps in the area. Also, I informed John that I live in Wisconsin and it would be difficult for me to fly to California. John made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don’t (but should), like having professionals work on the condo, staging the condo and taking photographs and doing things that I couldn’t do due to living in Wisconsin. I met John about a year and a half ago and shared with him my husband and I were looking to purchase a home. We started the processes back in April but to our surprise my husband score was lower than we expected. John and his team gave us some great tips on how to make our score go up and we worked very hard as a team to fix our credit to get the best possible APR. When our credit was the issue John keep in contact with us regularly and did not pressure us and was highly professional and went above and beyond to help us. When we found the house that we really wanted he did all the negotiating to make sure we got the house we really wanted. He took care of everything including a postponed closing date that worked for us. He was a pleasure to work with, and is very knowledgeable and efficient. I look forward to working with him in the future if one day we should decide to sell.
